Request an Adviser

There are several ways to include and EMDAP Adviser in your project or program:

  • For USAID implementing partners or other economic growth development projects:
    • Via a direct request to IIE under a contract/sub-contract or sub-agreement providing an Adviser to your existing or proposed project
    • Through including IIE as a subcontractor to a project proposal on which you anticipate priming. (IIE is a fully audited 401(c)3)
  • For USAID missions/offices:
    • Including an EMDAP Adviser as part of a project design in Scopes of Work to be competed or renewed. IIE can provide any/all bidders with a sub-bid for provision of these services
    • Requests of one or more Advisers to designated mission initiatives (forthcoming or existing) with contractors or local NGOs or other implementing partners through an associate agreement to the LWA of the Volunteers in Economic Growth Alliance (VEGA)
    • For microfinance/microenterprise assignments, submit a request to USAID/Washington's Office of Microenterprise Development for funding consideration of an Adviser under MD's funding mechanisms
